Engr. Ja-ai Derick is a seasoned electrical engineer with over 20 years of field experience. He has led contracts spanning rural electrification programs, community lighting empowerment projects, and large-scale grid works — including extensive collaboration with the national utility now known as SOCADEL (formerly the Cameroon Electricity Company).
A proud son of Nso land, he is based in Bamenda, North West Region of Cameroon, where he lives with his family. His leadership blends technical mastery with a deep commitment to lighting up underserved communities across the country.
